Due to the popularity of RocknRoller's Public Events it is highly recommended that you pre-book your skates & tickets up to 48 hrs in advance by clicking HERE. You will have priority entry, by-passing the General Public queues and your skates will be already reserved, prior to your arrival.

We do not have card payment facilities on site, on the day of our events so please ensure you bring cash with you.

A minimum ratio of 1 Adult to 3 children is recommended for groups of under 11's.

We cannot guarantee access and/or specific skate size availability for customers who have not Pre-Booked in advance.

 

Refunds Policy

Once tickets are purchased via the RocknRoller online booking facility we will be unable to offer refunds. We will however offer an alternative event date if exceptional circumstances dictate the cancellation of an event or if the Customer informs RocknRoller at least 72 hours prior to their purchased event of their inability to attend.
